不知道是否是笨問題

第一次安裝s9y
在按下install後 ~~出現底下的訊息，我找了半天沒發現".htaccess"這個檔~
是否是偶誤會這個error message ?
要麻煩一下大家了~

To check your local webserver installation, serendipity needs to be able to write the file ".htaccess". This was not possible because of permission errors. Please adjust the permissions like this:
  chmod go+rwx D:\hshome\keyboard\blog.chung-mei.biz/
and reload this page.

Windows? 怎會沒有寫入的權限
你是用 apache 嗎？

你的主機要能夠用 .htaccess
如果不能用, 把 URL Rewriting  關掉
